Call Centre

Our Account Managers have to revisit every business in their personal portfolio of clients at least quarterly.

During this visit they need to:

  • verify accuracy of listed information
  • introduce clients to new product and service releases
  • discuss promotions and specials
  • delete businesses that may have closed down and list new businesses that may have taken up the premises

To support our Account Managers, our call centre will be established and operational by late 2017 / early 2018.

In order to maintain regular contact with business owners the call centre must call every business on our database every month.

The purpose of the call centre is to:

  • note grievances and forward these to the appropriate departments
  • discuss any additional services that we currently do not have that may be required
  • verify accuracy of listed information
  • discuss forthcoming networking events and business expo’s
  • discuss promotional products and specials
  • discuss planned new product and service launches
